1. Shipping and Return/Replacement Policies

Once payment has been processed, we aim to process and pack orders on the day. Delivery is estimated to be within 3 to 7 working days. We will send you an email with tracking as soon as your order has been packed and sent. If no-one will be at home during the day, you might want to consider having the order shipped to a work address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is given and the parcel is returned to sender for re-dispatch, the new postage charges will be payable by the customer to re-send the parcel to the correct address.
Scentric will not be held liable for any costs for the cancellation of orders, non-delivery of orders or goods within a specified timescale, and for the cost of returned goods. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

If there is a fault with any product, we would ask that you contact us as within 48 hours so we can arrange for the product to be returned and inspected. A replacement product will be offered for any returned goods that are found to be faulty. Any returns must be sent to us within 7 days.
